King Avenue Hosts NNEMAP's Harmony for Hunger

After hosting the first Harmony for Hunger benefit concert in 2010, King Avenue UMC is pleased to be hosting this year’s concert on Friday, November 16 at 7:30 PM. The concert benefits NNEMAP, and features musicians from many of the churches that support the food pantry. Each year’s event provides much-needed funding during the busy holiday season.

This year’s event features VOX, the select ensemble from the Columbus Gay Men’s Chorus, who will sing several songs. Also included in the concert is our own Andrew Willis and other organists who will dazzle on our Buzard Organ. Talented vocalists and instrumentalists will round out the eclectic program, emceed by Channel 10 News anchor Yolanda Harris. There will also be a silent auction of items from local businesses, as well as refreshments.

Tickets are only $20.00 and will be available for purchase following Sunday worship services in November. We hope to see you there!
