October 19: Columbus Marathon, Getting to Church - Due to road closures, the Columbus Marathon makes getting to church a bit difficult, but not impossible! Here are tips to get you to church.
The easiest solution is to find your way to 315 (north or south).
- From southbound 315, exit at King/Kinnear (Lennox).
- From northbound 315, exit at Medical Center Dr/King Ave (OSU Hospital).
- King Avenue is open from Northwest Blvd to Neil Avenue.
- Neil Avenue is open from from 3rd to 5th.
If you are making the trip into church, plan to stay after Morning Blend or come early to the 11:00 service and cheer the runners on as they run down Neil Avenue! Wear a King Avenue shirt, bring a bell or noise maker, and meet under the bell tower to show RADICAL HOSPITALITY to those running by.
