Reserving Space at King Avenue (Outside Groups)

KING AVENUE RE-OPENING GUIDELINES FOR GROUPS
Beginning JUNE 1, 2021 and continuing until COVID Restrictions Lift

King Avenue Church is delighted to be re-opening albeit with restrictions.  We have missed you!  Below are the guidelines for reserving a room in our building. The meeting must be scheduled with Amy Ashburn, Office Manager.  614-242-6050, ext. 100; amy@kingave.org.
  • Church groups may continue to meet on zoom or in a hybrid in-person/zoom
  • It is possible a group may not be placed in the room it had pre-pandemic.
  • Meetings cannot exceed the safe distance occupancy for the assigned room.  Room occupancies are listed below.
  • When possible, taking of attendance is encouraged for the purpose of contact tracing.
  • Face masks are required for everyone inside the church building including those who have been vaccinated.
  • To maintain face mask usage, we ask that food and beverages not be served.
  • Safe personal distance rule of 6 feet is practiced.
  • Do NOT come if you are feeling ill or sick, or have been exposed to COVID.
  • The group will take responsibility for disinfecting surfaces used during meetings with provided supplies.
  • Meetings are limited to no more than 2 hours.  This includes setup and cleanup time.

2. Once you have determined the space you'd like to reserve, email the Office Manager, Amy Ashburn, at amy@kingave.org to inquire about availability and make a building reservation.

3. Once you have made a building reservation with Amy, use the link below to specify the details of your event.
