Women's Bible Study
February 11, 2016 . 9:00 am - 11:00 am Women’s Bible Study Join Rev. Colleen Ogle for a Bible study with a twist. Bad Girls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn From Them by Liz Curtis Higgins introduces readers to ten of the Bible’s infamous but oh-so-human characters and thereby illumines both human nature and the amazing depth of God’s grace. The author combines good scholarship with humor and a fictive imagination to make ancient characters come alive and speak today. Participants will have light reading to do, with DVD presentation and discussion comprising the bulk of class sessions.
