  • THIS SUNDAY, July 30: CALLING ALL SINGERS!  We welcome anyone who would like to join us for our informal Summer Choir this Sunday, July 30 and Sunday, August 20. No experience is required.  We'll gather in the Choir Room (2nd Floor) Sunday morning at 10:15 AM to learn a simple anthem to sing for worship that day. This Sunday's anthem is Show Us How to Love by Mark A. Miller.  Here's a link to the song, if you'd like to get a sneak preview -  Show Us How to Love . For more information, contact Chris McManus, Minister of Music at cmcmanus711@gmail.com.

  • THIS SUNDAY, July 30: Rainbow Connections Letter-Writing Campaign - There has been a wave of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation in Ohio, and we don't like that. One way we can take action is by writing letters to our state representatives. On July 30, Rainbow Connections wants to help you do exactly that. We will have tables set up after each service with paper, pens, envelopes, labels, a list of representatives with addresses. We'll even have non-partisan talking points if you need help starting your letter. All you need to do is stop at the table after the service, take a few minutes to write a letter and address it. We'll make sure it gets to your representative.

  • THIS SUNDAY, July 30: Lit Club - Join the Lit Club on July 30 at 7pm in the Logos Lounge. All are welcome! Simply read the book of the month - this month is The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles - and get together to talk about it.  It's a quick read, you still have time to finish the book by July 30. Contact Rick Gilson (rickgilson@yahoo.com) if you'd like to be added to the communication group in Realm.

Come to King Avenue on Saturday, Aug. 19 (9am-11:30am) to join a conversation and learn how to accept, love, and help our friends who need it the most. We will also take action and put together bags with much-needed supplies for these friends. Check-in for the event is at 8:45am.
